No refunds on digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a template has been purchased and delivered, I’m unable to offer a refund. Please review the product page carefully — including the preview, description and included features — before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
I’ll always do the right thing in genuinely exceptional circumstances — for example, if you accidentally purchased the same product twice. In cases like these, get in touch and I’ll sort it out.
